**Fully remodeled in 2014 and tastefully furnished.
**Just a short stroll to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Beaches, Restaurants and more. This building is situated in one of the best locations in the world famous Waikiki.

Note:
**Washer and Dryer: Coin operated washer and dryer are on each floor. (No washer and dryer in the unit).
**Bathrooms: This unit have two (2) bathrooms: One is the Shower Only and One another contains the full Bathtub.
**Housekeeping Services: Housekeeping Services will be provided only once during your stay from 6 nights to 29 nights. It is the mid-stay replenishment of linens, towels and such complimentary products.
**No Housekeeping Service will be provided for 1 to 5 nights and for the stay exceeded 29 nights.
**Beach Towels: Six (6) Beach Towels are in the unit.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
**Valet parking is available through the Ilikai for a fee.
**Paid Parking Lot is available at two building down from the Ilikai. It is called the Marina Parking Garage.
**Honolulu’s Island Wide Bus System has stops directly in front of the building.

INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS AND CHILDREN
**Please inquire about crib and highchair rental companies.
**The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers and children. Keep toddlers and children away from balconies, Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED
**This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party, do not book this suite.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
**Due to unforeseen emergencies, you may need to postpone or cancel your vacation. We recommend that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we have cancellation policies to comply with.

  This unit has nice views of both the mountains and the ocean. The Ilikai is well-know, so it's a great location for easy Uber pick-up/drop-off. Everything in the unit worked well and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier.

  The view from both balconies was absolutely fantastic. Having two bathrooms was useful too. The kitchen was small but worked ok. Just wasn't any room to store food/snacks we had bought, unless it went in the fridge. The electrical outlet beside the stove didn't work. One thing that I feel would put the "luxury" in luxury suite is replacement of the carpet. I'm actually surprised that there was carpet in such a humid location. The carpet is worn and stained in places.

  Nice clean rental with a great view. Easy walk to beach, Ala Moana and Waikiki. Plenty of space for our luggage. Well furnished, but not overfurnished as many other units are.

  The room has great views of the ocean as well as the city. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom while in bed. It is a good location to get around without a car. Loved having the 2 bathrooms and 2 king size beds. Great condo for a family of 6.

  The property is in a good location, good view. We didn't like that we only received one set of beach towels. When using them everyday by about the 3rd or 4th day, the smell was horrible. Also, only changing out the bath towels once was not idea either.

  This was an amazing unit and we had a wonderful stay. The views were exceptional and the rooms were gorgeous. Location was perfect as you can walk to everything - shopping, food, and beaches. Also the management company is extremely well organized and I truly appreciated the extra supplies left on the dining table. One minor thing - the coffee maker does not turn off unless you unplug it even if the power switch is off (which is a bit dangerous). As I said, this was a minor issue - and the whole vacation was just perfect - thanks to this wonderful unit.

  We had a fabulous time at Ilikai unit 2326. Checkin was super efficient. Thanks to property manager Clifford for making our checkin a smooth experience. The condo was supplied with everything needed for quick meals. Clifford even brought some extra toiletries for our needs. The layout of the unit was perfect. We had 2 master ensuites rooms divided by living space. Each room had balconies with Ocean views. Location was perfect with easy access to Beach. Our trip was a destination wedding so we were quite busy. I look forward to a return visit at at this unit. Thanks for accommodation.

  The property is beautiful, the view was phenomenal, and located very close to popular sites and beaches and it didn’t break the bank. I would stay here again for sure. We had 2 couples sharing this condo and we always felt we had our own space. It was great. The only thing that we would say would improve this would be: need kitchen sponges, kitchen towels, fix sink drains (drained super slow). Otherwise we were super pleased staying here and did not want to leave. Would recommend this to anyone. Oh and Dave’s ice cream down in the lobby is legit. We even came back to the property AFTER we had checked out to get our ice cream fix!

  Came to Hawaii with our friends for both of our 20 year anniversaries. Location is great and view is amazing. However could have a few amenities added that would make the experience a little better. Beach stuff would be nice, chairs, a wagon to carry stuff maybe a cooler. A little updating to the unit would be nice as well. Loved the stay and the location and would highly recommend, just adding a few little extra touches would make it even better.

The space was gorgeous the view was phenomenal from the 23rd floor the location was really good and I really love the space that we were able to get in this property. It was so much better than a cramp hotel room and we were able to make breakfast in the morning when we wanted and save a little money. Staying here was a great decision.
