Unit is fully furnished with full kitchen, one king sized bed and one queen sized sofa bed. Free WiFi, Cable TV and one covered parking stall included. There is no partition between king bed and sofa bed. The laundry facilities provided on each floor. A resident manager is available whenever you need assistance.
On the other side of the building is Kapiolani Park, with Diamond Head right up the road and in full view.
Easy access to aquarium, Zoo and a world of Waikiki Shopping, dining and entertainment.
There is no home phone in the unit.

    The lanai can't be beat and the condo has everything needed for a month on the island. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans and a wonderful rice cooker, electric teapot and coffee maker. It was great to have a parking space and the wifi was strong and reliable. Everything is reasonably clean but the place is showing its age and looks worn. The two things that need improvement are the stained carpet and the worn sheets that are pilled and feel rough on the skin—the latter is such a simple fix. Towels were well used but clean. Many cabinet doors hang by a thread, don’t close properly and need repair. It would be nice if some cleaning supplies were available for such a long stay—I could understand needing to purchase garbage bags and dish detergent but if you’d like me to clean the bathroom, perhaps a sponge and cleanser could be provided. Overall, it was fine and we had a great time but I went and purchased our own sheets after a couple of days. The property manager was responsive when I contacted them and were there right on time to meet us when we arrived.

    This was our 30th visit to Oahu in as many years and this was by far the best location where we have stayed. We saw whales and turtles from the huge lanai, and the view of the beach and Waikiki and the fireworks on New Year's Eve were out of this world. The apartment is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Junko was helpful with check-in and a minor issue which was resolved within a couple of hours. You can walk to several beaches, Kapiʻolani Park and Waikiki in 10 minutes and there are two fine restaurants and a charming casual beach cafe within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended.

    My 1mth stay at Sans Souci #205 couldn't be any better. The whole experience starting with booking, having to modify booking few times, making payments, requesting last minute change of check-in time, the actual stay and the check-out were all very smooth. The room and the building itself was old but very well maintained. It wasn't airconditioned but the ceiling fans and ocean breeze kept the room cool enough. The highlights of my stay were its spacious terrace overlooking Kaimana Beach and its direct access to the beach from ground floor. Highly recommended!!!

    My wife and my 12 month old son stayed for about 3 weeks on this property. The location is perfect for families and the beach is really awesome and not crowded. The included parking lot makes the stay very comfortable. We can highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to come back.
