Located in the heart of Waikiki and all within walking distance to many restaurants, dining, shops, groceries, bus-lines.. World famous Waikiki beach is is only 3 blocks away!

The unit has brand queen size bed, sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, and a neat bathroom with hand held shower and washlet. WiFi is free!
There is also a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. electric counter tops with .
The view from the spacious lanai has Ala Wai canal, Waikiki city and ocean!!

Building amenities include Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Fitness room (6th floor). A coin operated Laundry facility is on the same floor.
The building is well secured with 24 hours security
Elite Parking is an adjacent parking garage to our building, Island Colony. The rate is $40/day (Rates are subject to change).

Perfect location! The beach, shopping, dining, bus-lines, parks, groceries, all within walking distance.

***Important Notice from Island Colony***
Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

    Clean studio,close and convenient to most amenities and beach. Large lanai that we took full advantage of daily, including the use of outdoor furniture. Property management company was excellent to deal with and any of my concerns, questions etc. were dealt with quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would refer this property to family and friends. However,the refrigerator door and shower curtain rod were rusty and need to be replaced. The electrical outlets also need to be looked at by an electrician as the kitchen and bathroom outlets only worked intermittently.
