  This rental was perfect for me and my family. The location is really close to everything so a car is not needed unless you plan on traveling outside of Waikiki. It came equipped with everything needed including beach towels and snorkeling gear. The kitchen had just about everything needed to make a quick meal before time at the beach or after a long day out. I will agree with some of the other posters that the beds did slide a little upon sitting, but that was due to the wooden flooring underneath and wasn’t too much of an issue. This rental is perfect for the price you pay. Management was very accommodating and made checking in and out a breeze. I also liked the security of the building ( you can’t even use the elevator without your key). Be sure to hold onto your key fobs to avoid any fees! I would definitely return to this rental in the future.

  This unit is exactly what we wanted - a fully functioning kitchen for meal preparation and centrally located with Waikiki within just a short walk - and free parking! However, It is not a quiet location due to proximity of street so street noises were loud. That said, would recommend to people looking for a convenience with very reasonable cost to stay in downtown Honolulu and don’t mind the hustle and bustle of a large city.

  This was our first experience with rental like this and i must say it was awesome.
  Property is easy to find, check in is even easier and the room itself is very good, only those beds made strange noises but who cares :)
  I must warn you, if you are looking for quiet place then this isn't for you but it's right in the center of Honolulu and i must say that what's count because you have everything right around the corner.
  Would stay there again no doubt.

  Simple and easy check in / check out. Apt. is clean, bright and modern. Kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook. A/C cools the place down quickly! Covered parking one floor below. Walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Building is well managed and secure.
