    Always stay at Waikiki Banyan when we're on Oahu. Banyan has great units. Parking on premises, laundry on every floor, grills, hot tubs and a pool. The Banyan is in a great location less than 2 blocks from Waikiki beach, Starbucks, all kinds of shopping and eateries on Kalakaua Ave. As well as great location to shopping,eating and ABC stores on Kuhio Ave. This unit has a great view on Waikiki high rises and corner view of Waikiki beach. The unit comes with free parking and wifi. That's huge some owners in Banyan charge for parking. Beds are not comfortable in this unit. It was easy to self check in and out with key code. The company who runs the rental are very easy to work with and always willing to answer any questions. Clean unit, recommend this unit.

    Beautiful view, equipped with everything and very clean. Will stay again! Only downside we experienced is it’s on one of the top floors and the fire alarm goes off quite frequently from what the front desk agent said. Was a morning workout for sure!

    The condo was clean and looks exactly like in the photos.
    Both double beds were comfortable.
    Nice complete kitchen: rice cooker, lots of pans and utensils, ice maker in the freezer, and the electric water kettle were a plus!
    Fast WiFi connection. Free parking included. The parking garage is very tight and low but it will fit a minivan and a full size SUV, as long as the car height is less than 72 inches.
    Bathroom is a little small and outdated. Nice Toto bidet.
    There were only 2 beach towels for 4 guests, so we had to purchase 2 extra beach towels for our family.
    There is one laundry room per floor w/ 1 washer and 1 dryer. The washer on our floor was out of service during our stay but we just went to the other floors to do the laundry.
    Nice location: the beach is 2 blocks away, there are several ABC stores in the area and 1 Starbucks inside the Marriot on the same street.
    The Waikiki Banyan is an old building and the elevator can be slow.
    Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Waikiki.

    The procedure and reservation are smooth, and the price is reasonable and very helpful.
    I always use a rental car, so having a parking lot is very convenient.
    The room this time had a mirror in the bedroom, and it was very nice to see the sea.

    We come to Hawaii quite often to visit our daughter and granddaughter. We have stayed many times at the Banyan in Waikiki. The location and views are perfect. This time was one of the best condos we've stayed in. It was clean, well stocked and wasn't over cluttered with stuff. Loved it, will try to stay here again.

    Unit is as described. Clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Beds were a bit on the firm side. Light colored curtains did not block out the light, so you're up early each day. Didn't need the sofa bed, so can not comment on that. Ocean view is very limited but stunning city view at night. Two blocks from the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is included with rental, a must, as Waikiki has limited parking available. No problems with the rental company or reservation and security deposit was promptly refunded. Overall a very pleasant stay.

    My two teenage kids and I stayed here over Christmas 2017. The reservation process was easy with everything ending up as described. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and many have a little different feel or smell or something that is different than the pictures. This was clean and looked like newly renovated. We could only find one thing that didn’t look new. Of all things the toilet seat! Not gross but not brand new looking like everything else! Made us laugh. The view is great and the location lends itself to walk all over Waikiki and Diamond Head. The free parking pass saves $20 a day and makes having a car headache free. We went all over the island and were glad to have one but if you plan on staying in Waikiki area you certainly don’t need one. Great air conditioning. Clean beds/sheets like new. Although not luxury mattresses, comfortable. All the kitchen supplies you need. We left some coffee, oil and sugar for future guests. I will save this one and would stay again for sure.

    There is a playground beside a pool on 6th floor which is nice if you have small kids. Walk only one block to the ocean and a grocery store is pretty close as well.

    Our stay was very pleasant. We booked last minute and they were very accommodating with my family. Our flight came in before check in time and they worked with us on check in and even for a small fee a late check out. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Close to beach and had beach towels,chairs and boogie boards for our use!! Would stay here again. Thank you so much !!:-)

    Location: About 1 block to Waikiki beach or Honolulu Zoo, about 4 easy walking blocks to International Market area with plenty of restaurant, shops, and nightlife. Building is located right on Kuhio Avenue, where several bus routes pass by, including routes to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and Ala Moana Mall (a major Bus hub), so you can pretty much get anywhere in Oahu by bus right outside the building. Great view of the ocean from the Lanai. 6th floor has pool, hot tubs, tennis court, and a small playground.

    Unit: Clean, WiFi worked good, free parking (rear-mirror tag provided in unit, must return on checkout). 2 full size beds (not quite queen), and sofa that turned into a bed; fit 5 of us ok. 1/2 of the closet is locked away, the other 1/2 contained a vacuum, swifter, extra linen for the sofabed, extra towels, a couple of beach towels and boogie boards, plenty of hangers, ironing board, drying rack, and beach toys (buckets and shovels). No dresser, which was ok with us, we used our suitcases. Fridge worked very well to keep drinks cold, kitchen well stocked with cups, plates, bowls, coffee maker, dish rack, kettle. Initial soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues are provided; for longer stays, you may want to stop by Walmart (near Ala Moana Mall) or many of the ABC stores within a few blocks for additional supplies. A/C worked very well to keep the unit cool, although it is a bit noisy if you sleep in the living room. There are 3 sliding wooden doors that separate the bedroom from the living room area for privacy and minimizing the noise from the A/C. TV had plenty of basic channels.

    Management: Yukio and Junko responded to my emailed questions with a day. While we were there, the 1 time I had to call about the shower, Junko responded right away and sent Anthony the same day to resolve the issue. We met Junko and Anthony, both who are very nice and polite. Self checkin/checkout was easy to do.

    The apartment was very clean, great wifi, well stocked kitchen, and cleaning supplies. The management company set-up east access to the unit, and made available a contact number for problems. The best thing is that I never needed to contact them during my one week stay! The location is excellent as it is close to Kapiolani Park, beach and close enough to the center of activities, but not in the center of the noise and congestion. Parking is an added bonus. Appreciated the drying rack and clothes pins for wet swim wear and washing clothes.

    I hag such a great time to stay this condo, especially for my family has all different needs for my 15 yrs old daughter and my husband surf, and I love shopping! Location was super convenience and easy access. We could do our own things done and get together after, going lunch, dinner etc... and one of my favorite thing was that we could have comfortable home breakfast in the room:)
    I want to use this condo again for my next hawaii trip!
