  The views were fantastic. The apartment was spacious for us and we love its location and the complex has all you need. On the downside the pictures are not as the apartment looks, which was disappointing. The linens did not look like this and were old and the rug was different and not as clean as we would have liked. The kitchen could use a renovation. We always stay at the Banyan and will continue as it is in an ideal location, excellent parking and good internet.

  We had a wonderful stay. You could smell that the condo was clean upon entering. The towels even smelled nice. Could use new pillows but everything else was fantastic. The towel rack fell down and we didn't have a tool to fix it. They sent someone over right away to fix it. Would definitely stay again. Can't beat location.

  I was visiting for my 50th birthday with 3 girlfriends. It was a comfortable room and loved the set up. The view was amazing!
  I stayed in tower 1 over spring break with my family, but loved the view even more from Tower 2. Had one issue with the shower, but the host got back to me right away to explain how to use it. There were instructions on the back of the toilet but they were covered by extra toilet paper rolls. I had an amzing experience and so did my friends! Thank you!

  The unit was exactly as advertised. The views are great and it's in a fantastic location in Waikiki. Very short walk to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Bathroom is tiny, but clean. I was worried about elvator wait times, being on the 29th floor, but there are 4 very fast elevators and we never waited very long at all. Free parking was great! Clearance is really low, so I was glad to have a small car. Pool and hot tubs are very clean and nice, but close pretty early. Overall, it was a great place for my family to stay.

  The experience was good. Location was great for us. Very close to beach. Great parking. The elevator wait time was up to 30 mins at times which was inconvenient. The condo could use some updating; but it served its purpose. Lots of kitchen tools. Would have liked Tupperware with lids. We didn’t have any hot water in the shower. The shower curtain/rod should be replaced.

  This apartment is exactly as pictured on the inside, but the view is way more spectacular than the photos show. The wall of windows facing the ocean is beautiful and the view is amazing. The layout and size of the space was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults & 1 teen).
  The location is fantastic... just a block and a half from the main strip and beach where you will find shops and restaurants plus surf and other water sport rentals. The zoo is also just a block away as well as the local aquarium.
  The property management is excellent. We had a couple of items that needed attention during our stay and they were dealt with right away, with great professionalism.
  From this location you could choose to walk to everything (no car), or enjoy the free parking that comes with the rental and use a car to see the rest of the island, like we did. If you have a car make sure to go to Waimanalo Beach in the south east (voted most beautiful beach in the entire US) and the North Shore beaches to watch the big wave surfers.

  We enjoyed our stay! Check in was super easy and the parking was definitely great to have. The building is nice, the store in the lobby has a lot last minute things, the coffee shop was also great! The view from our room was was nice! The pool area is nice, the hot tubs are very crowded most of the time which detoured us. The place is quiet and was clean. We pretty much had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable as well. Having laundry on each floor was nice, we used it a lot!
  
  The areas we would have liked improvement were these: 1. The shower water did not get very hot. Warm but not hot. 2. There were only 4 bath towels and they had a smell to them that I couldn’t wash out. We ended up buying 4 more to use while there and left them for the next people. Not a huge deal. 3. First time we’ve had a toilet with a Bidet. The concept is nice but there is an odor that comes from the toilet that is not very pleasant. Not the owners fault, just that style toilet I suspect. 4. It rained a lot! Having something to mop up the lanai once wet would be nice. Other then those minor things the place was great and I would recommend staying there for sure!

  This condo had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The pillows could have been a bit newer, kind of flat. The kitchen was well supplies except for a knife sharpener. Small things for improvement: The unit would need some basic stuff like salt and pepper, foil and saran wrap, etc. Every other condos where we stayed during our vacation had these and more. Also, although the unit was clean (floor, beds, counter, etc.), it would need some dust off (decorative elements like plastic plant on the living room, etc.).

  The view was great and apartment clean.
  I had read previous reviews from other renters about not having enough towels and pillows so made several attempts prior to us departing Sydney to ensure that this wouldn't be an issue for us, however had nil correspondence back and had insufficient towels and pillows. After a phone call to the real estate they delivered a few more towels and more pillows.
  Toilet had some plumbing issues.
  There was 5 of us staying 2 adults, 12 year old son, 9 year old son and 6 year old son, it was very tight but really all you need on a holiday as you are out most of the time.
  I would suggest that the owner supply more towels in the apartment overall, not one per person for a 6 night stay. I would also suggest getting the drawers replaced as there is no storage for clothes in the wardrobe as it is filled with wooden slats and the vaccum cleaner, the drawers taht are there where broken. The place needs a little TLC - new lounge would be of benefit.
  Overall i would recommend the place.

  Our family loved this apartment but it is a little small for a family of 5. Excellent views and excellent facilities. The unit had free parking which was a bonus. There is also some beach gear which we added to when we left a extra boogie board etc. The unit is also only a short walk to the beach. The only complaint was we went to the front desk and asked for quarters for the washing machine and they refused as we did not book through the hotel itself so they were not helpful at all.
