何度か利用させて頂いています。コロナから5年ぶりですが変わらず素敵なお部屋でした。景色もよく毎日気持ち良く過ごせました。シャワーの水圧だけ変わっていてかなり弱くなってしまっており蛇口下からでるお湯でなんとか毎日洗いました。取り替えしてもらえればと願います。

The property has a great view, and was as described. The decor is dated and needs some TLC, but for the price and location, it is a good value. We did find that the queen bed was comfortable, but the fold out futons for guests 3 and 4, were not as comfortable.
We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof.
I recommend it to everyone!

立地、屋上プールやジャグジーが魅力的なずっと泊まってみたいと思っていたパシフィックモナーク、今回やっと泊まれました。利用しませんでしたが、屋上にはバーベキュー施設、玉投げ遊具、ラウンジにはビリヤードと大型テレビ等々、建物内で楽しめる物が沢山あり、しかもプールとジャグジーの利用可能時間が6時から22時まで良かったです。
時間があればもっと利用したかったです。
ロビーにはレモン水が置いてあり、出掛ける時、帰って来た時の水分補給が楽しく嬉しかったです。

予約の変更とても丁寧に対応して頂きました。
ホテルの立地は最高でビーチまですぐですし、ビーチで使えるいくつかのアイテムも部屋にあり便利でした。
部屋の窓が広くオープンするため、ラナイがないのは全く気になりません。心地よい風が吹き、海が見え、部屋にいるだけで最高のリゾート体験ができました。
24時間使えるランドリールームもホテルにあるため、長期滞在も不便なく過ごせます。
次の旅行でも是非また利用したいと思います。素敵な滞在をサポートして下さりありがとうございました。

Great Location. View from room was excellent. Futon was broken, replaced with an air mattress. Had to be pumped up several times through the night. Roof top pool, hot tub, sauna and lounge with big screen Tv was very nice to use. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this stay. The place was amble for our needs and we hope to return to Waikiki soon. Be mindful that this is carpeted plan to vacuum before check out ;). There is on futon that can sleep another guest. We thought the bed should be on the futon wall to get that beautiful view you see in the picture as we don't prefer AC blowing on us at night but other guest may like that this bed is in the corner with the AC at the foot. The kitchen is small, more like a kitchenett but does have a hot plate and pots and pans, a microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge. It worked pretty well for us for the week.

The place was as described. It had everything we needed and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. It is not a five star hotel but for the price, it was perfect. The towels could be upgraded and carpet replaced but again for the price, I have no complaints

家族3人だととても十分な広さでキッチンもあるのて楽でした!コインランドリーもわかりやすく使いやすかった!駐車場も止める場所がたくさんあり出入りしやすかったです。ただ、トイレットペーパーが少なくて女3人にはもう少し必要でした。アメニティもシャンプーだけでリンスがあると嬉しかったです。

ワイキキ通りに行くにも近くクヒオでバスを待つにも近く便利でした。
部屋も綺麗で光が差し込み気持ちよかった。夜になると街の光が綺麗で素敵だったしサンライズも部屋からみれるので最高でした。
