Clean High Floor Waikiki Condo w/ Large Lanai and Ocean view!!! Free Wifi!!!

Located in the center of Waikiki, Island Colony is a mini resort. Amenities include swimming pool, exercise room, Jacuzzi, sauna, mini-market, and café. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is located in the building which offers great convenience for travelers. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the bus stop and the beach. The bus lines allow you to go anywhere on island.

This condo is fully furnished with a spacious lanai (116sq) with panoramic views, TV, DVD player, air conditioner, refrigerator, burner, microwave, pots&pans, small appliances, and more... Coin&credit card operated washers&dryers are available on the amenities floor. Free WIFI is available in the unit.

The lanai is furnished with a table and chairs to allow you to dine, as well as a loveseat where you can relax.

Parking is available on site. We will provide a parking upon request.

Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

The condo was clean, bright, convenient and well appointed with kitchenette and most items to make meals and enjoy them in the unit. There were plenty of extra linens, towels and bathroom essentials, too. Hosts were very responsive to messages and questions. The building had lots of amenities, pool, hot tub, fitness room, convenience store on site, a small cafe on site and vending machines. Overall great value in downtown Honolulu!

The building is very well located, we enjoyed being next to the canal and Kuhio avenue.The view is amazing and the lanai very pleasant. The kitchen and bathroom are small but functional and well equipped. A/C should be updated because not efficient and noisy, fortunately the fan is refreshing. Tamami from Kaina Hale was very helpful during the booking process.

Property is in a great location, I have stayed at Island Colony over 20 times. This condo is well maintained as is the entire building.
My only suggestion is to upgrade the fridge, it is a bigger bar fridge. this is a challange for longer stays when buying groceries.
The staff at Kaina Hale Realty were pleasent to deal with. My contact,Tamami was helpful from my first phone call.

We loved it! This studio was perfect for our needs. Located on the 30th floor with an extraordinary view of the canal, the crater and the turquoise ocean. It was really very clean and everything needed was there like dish soap, for the body, shampoo, toilet paper, clothes dryer etc ... I had good communication with the owner and without a long response time. The location is perfect! Just a small flat, we would have to change the refrigerator for a bigger one because it was too small for our needs (family of 3) and remove unnecessary decorations (candles) It would also be necessary to change soon the pans but for the whole I give the score of 5 *

I love it and definitely would come back if the check-in procedure changes. The issue I have is various-Property-Management (more than 1 person) requested a picture of ID being via e-mail. I don't find this secure; it only takes one breached e-mail account or computer to have all innocent personal information going public. Other than that everything was lovely, felt safe, walking distance to the beach and restaurant, have gym for a minimal fee, and nice view.

Loved our stay at Island Colony. Location is great, pool is fabulous, condo was clean (a little dated/aged) but well equipped. A/C was so-so. Restaurant (49'er) has wonderful breakfast food in lobby. Owner was tough to get a hold of (always saying communication is a website issue).
Note: if you have a late flight out, check out is noon and there is NO place to store your luggage after 5pm (a place around the corner will store for a fee but they close at 5). The hotel concierge is ZERO help and only helps hotel guests, not condo guests. You are better off booking an extra day if you don't fly out until evening and that way you can still use the pool all day too and have a safe place for your luggage.

Location was great! Bathroom needs cleaned a better. Closet needs cleaned out for guest. Over half of the space is storage and same with 3 of the drawers in the dresser. For 3 people for 6 nights, had 3 or 4 towels and same washrags. Please provide more washrags even if they are the cheap ones. Needs to be uncluttered. I think if you took some of the trinkets away, it would make it seem more roomy and cleaner. The A/C is a problem! One side of the vent blows directly to wall and other side blows somewhat out but not completely to the beds. Beds were decent enough. Laundry area on 6th floor was nice

Everything was great! Parking was a plus, along with a good sized flat screen TV. I ended up falling a sleep on the spacious balcony one night. Kitchen had everything I needed to save money an cook my own meals. I hope that I can return one day.

We rented this condo from Airbnb and had a great stay. Everything described was as advertised and the host was very communicative and nice.
Location is located within Waikiki and easy to get to, the parking garage is also within the building with easy access in/out. The room was very clean and all amenities worked and there is an AC Unit as well. The patio outside has a table with four chairs and a light. The host also has provided a few beach gear such as body boards, fins and umbrella's. The building also has a fitness center, pool, hot tub, bbq and other chairs on the floor.
The location is also walking distance to many restaurants and a short walk to Waikiki beach. We would stay at this location again and recommend to others.

This is a great hotel to stay in at Waikiki! You cannot beat the location, its only 1 block back from Kalakaua Ave, so its nice and close, but also very quiet. We had a great view of both the ocean and the Canal. Our room was very clean and well stocked. I also highly recommend renting through Kaina Hale Realty. So good to deal with and very prompt with communication.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Colony. It was nice to have the balcony with loungers and view of the sea in the distance and Diamond head. The Toto toilet was great, cool functions, however was a bit small and cramped next to bath. Liked how the mirrors or bathroom didn't steam up after a shower. Great sized fridge and things to cook with. Towels were great and plentiful. There were no tea towels to be found which would have been helpful. Also, no main light in the main area and had to use the bedside lamp and lamp on wall near balcony. Other than that, highly recommend, quiet, clean and comfortable!

After I booked the apartment, I immediately got a message from the owner with information. The check-in was independent and smooth, the description from the owner was very helpful. I liked the apartment very much. The view from the balcony was simply a pleasure. The equipment was very extensive, everything is there what you need. I felt completely at home. Das Check-In verlief selbstständig und reibungslos, der Beschrieb vom Eigentümer war dabei sehr hilfreich. Das Appartement hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Sicht vom Balkon eifach ein Genuss. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich, es ist alles da was man braucht. Ich fühlte mich ganz wie Zuhause. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

We have stayed in 5 diffrent room at Island Colony and found this one with the best set up for us. Two Queensized beds for a cool sleep was ideal. Very neat and tidy room. We didnt like the toilet with all the gadgets. Too big for the tiny bathroom.

This place was great. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The lanai was private and had a wonderful view of the mountains, Diamond Head and the beach. The location was good. It was a few blocks to the beach but it was an easy walk. The bus stop is a block away. There's an Enterprise car rental office in the building so it was easy to rent a car for a day. Kaina Hale Hawaii Realty was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to questions and extremely helpful when we needed a place to store our luggage on the day we checked out.
