A queen bed and a full size air bed is available. The lanai is furnished with a table and chairs to allow you to dine, as well as a loveseat where you can relax.

Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

    I really enjoyed my over month long stay. The room was quite cozy and it was difficult for me to depart. I have a few recommendations to make the experience better. 1. The Security personnel working during the day was not very familiar with their duties and responsibilities regarding the unit. I constantly called Rental management of how to complete the process. 2. Update the instruction guide and instructions. The document is very outdated. 3. The bed, bathroom and kitchen was very tidy upon check in but the counter tops and entertainment area required deep cleaning. 4. Several times I was abruptly disturbed by unruly guests due to mistaken identity. Not the fault of the company just for your situation awareness. 5. Ensure your guests are fully aware of all rules and regulations...no one should be surprised of privileges or restrictions...ie gym usage.

    All in all I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend to anyone for sort or long term stay.

    The booking and check in process was very easy. The unit is satisfactory to unsatisfactory. The deck area (where we spend most of our time) has dirty walls. The pillows on the patio furniture are thread bare. The microwave was old and rusted out and needed to be replaced. The kitchen dishes and appliances need to be thinned out and some replaced. The bathroom vanity collection of items need to be cleared out. More cleaning tools needed for long term stays. Pillows need replacing. Couch bottom cushion is very uncomfortable. While we were here the air conditioner and microwave were replaced promptly. Would we rent here again? For sure ....few updates are needed to make overall experience better.

    The picture shown is not what I saw. The rug in the picture is beautiful. The rug on the floor when I arrived is charcoal and needs a good cleaning, There are stains on it in a number of places.
    There was a problem with making local phone calls. I arrived on Saturday. I had to get the AOAO office to phone the owner on Monday. The TV wasn't connected to the cable. A person came Monday afternoon and corrected it. It took a few more days for the phone to be corrected. I was told I had to use 1-808 plus the phone number to make a local call.
    I could not get the key fob initiated until Monday as well.

    and cooking stove not hot enough to grill steak

    Very convenient location we walked to everything we needed, groceries at Food Pantry, bus for excursions, shopping, dining , we are not beach people so it didn’t matter not being really close but is 4 blocks away. The closer you are the more you pay. The kitchen area was a little cramped but workable,no oven but we used the microwave and BBQ . Over all was an excellent 1st time Hawaii visit and would stay here again.

    This is my fourth stay at this condo. Its beginning to need some attention from the owner . The couch needs a proper cushion,now its like sitting on a board. Some of the linens need replacing such as Hand Towels Swifter refills would be appreciated All in all I did enjoy my stay in this unit. Junko gave immediate attention to me needs
